4 pairs
1. Remove the earplugs from their packaging. 2. Before inserting, roll or compress the earplugs into a small, comfortable size. 3. With your opposite hand, pull your outer ear upwards and backwards to straighten the ear canal. 4. Insert the earplug into your ear canal while continuing to hold your ear upwards and backwards. 5. Once the earplug is in place, release your ear and allow the earplug to expand slowly to fit your ear canal. 6. To remove the earplug, gently twist it while slowly pulling it out of your ear.
