Each dose delivers multi-symptom relief via acetaminophen (pain reliever/fever reducer) plus either diphenhydramine or dextromethorphan HBr (cough suppressant). To prepare, dissolve one packet into 8 oz of hot water and sip while hot. Take every four hours as needed. Do not exceed 5 packets in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor.
