1. Clean and dry the affected area. 2. Apply the Spenco 2nd Skin gel circle to the affected area. 3. Use for soothing, cooling, and protecting the skin, or for treating scrapes, cuts, and burns. 4. Remove the gel circle by gently lifting an edge and peeling it away from the skin when no longer needed.
