The Nutricity, we do not strive to process and ship orders promptly to ensure on-time delivery. Please see our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Period

Orders can be cancelled within the term of 24 hours of the placement.

To request cancellation, please contact our team of Customer Service using the contact information below, during this time period.

If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours and before the order is shipped, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.

Cancellations after 24 Hours

After 24 hours, orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment.

If you wish to cancel the order after this period, the cancellation may not be possible.

In such cases, you can refuse delivery the arrival of the package.

Once the refused package is returned to us in original state, process it refund of the product price, without shipping costs.

Important Note

Refunds will be processed using the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Shipping taxes are not reembolsable for orders canceled after the 24-hour window or for refused deliveries.
If the returned product is not in its original condition, A restocking fee may be applied..
