Refund and Return Policy

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction for each purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please consult our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Because we market nutritional supplements and health products, product safety is our top priority.

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we can only accept returns under specific conditions:

Accept returns if:

  • You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The product is sealed, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.

Products ineligible for return:

  • Unsealed or used.
  • Products returned without the original packaging or proof of purchase.
  • Products marked with “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] cu:
    • Order number
    • The reason for the return
    • A photo of the product (if applicable)
  2. Our team will analyze the request and, if approved, will send you instructions for return.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund or replacement of it.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after product inspection.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

It is possible to request photos to verify the issue before sending a replacement or processing a refund.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled anymore.

Please contact us immediately if you would like to modify or cancel an order.
