Directions
Add 1 scoop of powder to at least 8 fluid oz (237 ml) of water. Mix very well & drink immediately. Drink an additional glass of water. For best results, take 30-60 minutes before mealtime. start with 1 serving per day - it can take a few days to get used to the increased fiber intake. You may experience bloating & changes in bowel movements. Do not take more than 3 times daily. Do not take this supplement at bedtime. Consume (BUM) Cleanse at least 2 hours before or after required medications.
