Muira Puama also known as Marapama, marapuama, marapama, muirat, muiratam, pau-homen, potency wood, and Potenzholz. Muira puama has been used traditionally by tribes in Brazil and the surrounding South American countries. Muira Puama is a perennial plant growing in the forests of the Amazon and southern Brazil. It is a shrub up to 5 meters high with flowers that smell like jasmine. Catuaba is a South American fast-growing tree from the Erythroxylaceae family, found only in Brazil. This is a beautiful plant with yellow and orange flowers and oval dark yellow fruits.

Muira Puama and Catuaba. Other ingredients: vegetable glycerine, alcohol, water. Contains NO added sugar, yeast, artificial color, preservatives or fertilizers.
Direcții
Shake well before use. 20-30 drops, up to three times a day or as directed by your practitioner. The best way to use liquid herbal tinctures is to put the suggested amount in a glass of water, tea, or juice and drink the entire contents. Tinctures can also be administered directly into the mouth without the assistance of water however some tinctures are unpalatable which is why most people prefer to dilute them into a beverage.
