For centuries the dark berries of European black elder (Sambucus nigra L.) have been traditionally used as a winter remedy for their immune supportive properties. Numerous species of elderberry grow in Europe and North America. Only those with blue/black berries are medicinal.
Nature's Answer Bioavailable Sambucus Kids Formula, made from Kosher Certified Organic Black Elderberries is gluten-free and can be consumed by children regularly to support their immune system. Our elderberry extract has been tested for bioavailability and contains no artificial preservatives. With great tasting berry flavour, it is produced with a gentle, solvent-free extraction method that ensures maximum flavonoid potency. Made from a unique cultivar of black elderberries with a higher level of naturally-occurring flavonoids. Full-spectrum black elderberry extracts standardized to anthocyanins, which are potent flavonoid BioActives. Flavonoids are natural antioxidants that are thought to work to protect the body's cells from the potential damage caused by free radicals.
Suggested Use:
For Daily Maintenance:
Children 1-6 Years of Age: Take 1 tsp (5 ml) daily.
Children 7-12 Years of Age: Take 2 tsp (10 ml) daily.
For Intensive Use: Children 1-6 Years of Age: Take 1-2 tsp (5-10 ml) twice daily.
Children 7-12 Years of Age: Take 2-3 tsp (10-15 ml) twice daily.
Other Ingredients:
Fructose, purified water, vegetable-source glycerin, malic acid, natural raspberry flavour with other natural flavours.
Warnings:
